No, CBD has no psychoactive effects.
Will CBD effect drug tests?
No, using these NIGHT CBD products will have no effect on drug test results.
Is CBD legal?
Yes, purchasing CBD is federally legal as long as it doesn't contain more than 0.3 percent THC. All NIGHT CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC.
Is CBD natural?
Yes, CBD is a 100% naturally-occurring chemical compound that comes directly from the cannabis plant. It is not synthetically made. The CBD used in our products is certified organic and non-GMO.

When will I get my order?
We currently offer domestic shipping (USA). We ship orders within 1- 2 business days; please allow 2-4 business days for tracking information to be updated.
We are not responsible for last, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If the carrier is unable to deliver, please contact the carrier to arrange pick up or delivery. If you believe your package to be stolen, please file a claim with the carrier. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on NIGHT CBD orders at this time. If your products arrive damaged or incorrect, please email info@discovernight.com immediately.
